As many of you I have often heard of agile methods: XP and Scrum to name a few.
I have been fortunate in recent months to participate in a radical change in working methods used on a large project. We went slowly to an operating mode called "agile" and it is this theme that I propose to discuss upcoming Thursday, March 25

- The tools used;
